Dhruvil J Pandya, MD, earned his medical degree from Ross University of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies. He completed residency and fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Neurological Intensive Care and Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology. Dr. Pandya performs minimally invasive endovascular procedures, including thrombectomy, embolization, extracranial stenting, and intracranial stenting. His clinical interests include problems with blood vessels involving the spine and brain; AVM; stroke; cerebral aneurysms; vascular disease; neurological critical care; head and neck tumor embolization; and neurological emergencies.
Dr. Pandya’s triple board certification in Internal Medicine, Neurology and Neurocritical Care is a testament to his thoroughness. He believes in treating the whole person not simply the disease, thus when developing a plan of care he incorporates the patient’s personal expectations and health care goals. He is dedicated to building greater awareness in the community about neurological emergencies, including stroke prevention, identification, and treatment.
