Dr. Saksena accepts patients over age 19 and practices both cardiology and internal medicine. His fellowships covered pulmonary and cardiovascular medicine. He has been an assistant professor at Northwestern University since 1970 and teaches physical diagnosis to medical students at Rush Medical College and Northwestern Medical School. He is a fellow of the following groups: the American College of Physicians, American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, and the Royal College of Physicians of Canada. He has authored numerous publications including: "Hemodynamics in Cardiology" (1983), "Cardiac Physical Diagnosis" (2006), and "Atlas of Local & Systemic Signs of Cardiovascular Disease" (2008). Has been an Associate Professor of clinical medicine at Northwestern University since 2012.
