"A really good medical history is vital to a good diagnosis. Knowing what the patient has experienced as well as his or her family history is vitally important." Dr. Al Aani practices the science but also the 'art' of neurology. He believes communication is key to good diagnosis and to developing an effective treatment plan. He also recognizes that open communication involves building a mutual trust and confidence. Neuroscience deals with some of the rarest diagnoses because it involves the most complicated and diverse system that interacts with the other systems in the human body.
